"I have used State Farm for all my insurance for many years and still do. They are the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Virginia’s staff is so customer service friendly, knowledgeable and always on top of any issue I need taken care of. I feel sometimes as if I am asking stupid questions that I should know the answer to, but they always make me feel as if no question is stupid if I don’t know the answer to it. They always make me aware of different options or plans that will save me money, even when I don’t ask. What company does that. I am moving to New York, and they have provided me with names of agents close to where I live so I can stay with State Farm. I can only hope the people there are as wonderful as the people in Virginia’s office. I will truly miss them."

"Wonderful agency!! My husband and I recently relocated to Denver from another state and It was a stressful process to say the least. "After having my first accident in 45 years I was not looking forward to dealing with the insurance however what a great experience I had with Grace of the Virginia Hooper agency and the State Farm claims dept. They took care of everything! Grace arranged for the tow and helped me chose the body shop. The car was totaled and I thought ok here comes the fight but no they gave me a very fair valuation of the car, paid off the lien and paid me what little equity I had all within a few days. I bought a new car and Grace worked with the dealer to certify the total loss and make sure the car was fully insured . I could not be happier with the whole experience. If you are looking for auto insurance do yourself a flavor and call the Virginia Hooper agency and speak with Grace"

"We've been with State Farm Insurance, and in particular with the Paul and Virginia Hooper agency, for nearly 50 years. Paul sold us our first renter's insurance policy in 1975. They have never failed to provide outstanding service for our home and auto insurance needs.
